Message: Our cat passed away in February and it being too frozen to bury her we had to take her to be cremated. I called Barkshire and talked to a very nice and helpful women. When I brought in my cat she let me know when we'd be able to pick her up and let me know how sorry she was for our loss. This was my daughter's cat so we told her to make the certificate out in her name. We brought our daughter with to pick up her ashes and the women who owns it couldn't have been nicer. She was so sympathetic to our daughter. For such a sad time she was really helpful and sincere.
